Performance Improvements In Reservations Portal
TablePath continuously strives to ensure that the system is as responsive and fast as possible. Changes were recently made to improve the performance of the Reservations Portal - particularly for large venues with a significant number of bookings.

For-sight integration
For-sight integration is now available! Link your TablePath account to For-sight to sync all of your customer reservation data into your For-sight account.
For further details on this integration, please contact support at support@tablepath.com.
Users may subscribe to receive notifications whenever there is a change to Blocked Times or Tables or Room Capacities. The notification provides detailed information on what change was made and who made the change.

Resident Walk-ins & Reservations
It is now possible to quickly create a walk-in for an in-house resident by simply entering their room number. TablePath will populate the reservation with the guests details from the PMS. In a similar manner, a reservation can be made for a (future or current) guest by simply entering their arrival date and picking from the resulting list.

If you'd like this PMS integration enabled for your account, please contact support at support@tablepath.com.
Two-factor Authentication (2FA) has been made mandatory for all accounts. This is in response to a rise in (spam) attacks on TablePath accounts with the intent of stealing customer data.
In order to verify the user, a 2FA code will be sent the users email address. After a successful log-in, the 2FA code is only requested once per month per device, so logging in will typically only require the email and password.

Reservation Widget Improvements
We have changed the layout of the reservation widgets, to improve the reservation conversion rate. We have replaced the progress bar at the top with a breadcrumb-like feature that shows the selection made so far.

We have also removed the Review step to help with conversion and introduced a new phone number field.
The Edit and Cancellation screens have been completely rebuilt to provide greater flexibility to the restaurant and guest.
Both screens adhere to cancellation / payment / edit policies configured by the restaurant but allow greater flexibility for the guest to make permitted changes.

Overlapping Opening Hours
Two or more shifts may now be configured for the same room at the same time.
The Reservations Portal now explicitly prompts for the shift when making a booking and multiple opening hours are configured for a particular room. In the past, the system would select the nearest or highest priority shift.
This is particularly useful, for example, when an afternoon tea shift needs to run concurrently with a lunch shift in the restaurant.
